One important thing I will like to disclose to you is that poor response or appearance in interview often disqualify many.

May I also put it to you that your certificate is not all that is required but also your charisma or your personality.

Your interview is the first impression given to your boss and this will go along away. Don’t be surprised if I say that with an ordinary chat with a company personnel without check your CV,he or she can determine what you will put into play when when you get employed.

As we make progress,I will give 20 questions often asked during interviews.

Here Are Some Key Things To Do Before The Interview Day

» Get The Company Info :-

This is one important thing you need to do. I will be treating this as if we are novice so that we can get the points.

It is incumbent on you to search the web if possible or ask people on the mode of operation of the firm you are applying for. Know the names of some key personnels,know the aims and objectives of the firm,the name of the ceo and stuffs.

» Read Books Related To The Post You Are Applying For And See People with Experience :-

Proper preparation they say prevent poor performance. It is very much important that you do everything possible to get everything needed to be known on your head.

Get the relevance of the post you are applying for to the company.

Map out what you hope to achieve for the organisation.

Relate the present economic matters to the company and how yo can help it develop.

» Nail Your Appearance :-

I shouldn’t be talking about this but for some reasons I will.

You need to know that your appearance matters a lot. No matter how close the place is to your house,you must go coprate.

Asking for an helping hand to view you after dressing up won’t be a bad idea.

» Be Humble :-

Humility is one thing that can do the unimaginable. Don’t be amazed that a mere greeting can save you a lot of stress or a mere thank you open a door of favour.

When you are humble,you will be calm and will not rush at things unnecessarily.

Some people might intentionally get on your nerves to see your reaction. BE HUMBLE.

» Avoid Being Forward :-

When preparing for an interview,you need to see those who will interview you as superior. When you begin to bandy words with them,the more problem you create fore yourself.

Never proof to be right so as to avoid arguement. Don’t answer questions not directed to you or speak beyond demand.

» Watch Your Communicative Ability :-

This issue of communication as been seriously dealt with in one of my posts. You need to avoid grammatical errors. Don’t force youself to use vocabulary, use plain english that can be understood.

Be audible and clear when you speak and calm down to think before talking.

Important Rules :-

> Knock before entering the board room

> Never take your seat unless you are asked to

> Learn to say thank you

> Learn to say sorry

> Gesticulate where needed

> Be bold.

Go for the interview and come out successful and don’t forget to
commit all to Gods hands.

9. Are you willing to relocate any time soon?

10. Are you willing to travel anytime soon?

11. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.

12. Tell me about a time you made a mistake.

14. How did you hear about this position?

15. What would you look to accomplish in the first 30 days/60 days/90 days on this job?

16. Discuss your resume.

17. Discuss your educational background.

18. Describe yourself.

19. Tell me how you handled a difficult situation.
